Ruby Roy has worked in information technology for over twenty years, spanning executive roles in multiple organizations ranging from education, healthcare, and engineering research and development. She did her bachelor's in computer science, masters in computer engineering, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in organizational behavior and leadership with the focus on artificial intelligence. She has a passion in K-12 STEM education and excited about today!

 Amitabha Deb has over 30 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and academics after completing post-doctoral training at Cleveland Clinic. His current interest is in commercializing Cell and Gene therapy products to make it equitable across the globe.

Recently, he served as the US Site Head for viral vector production at Novartis Pharma, leading to the approval of the first gene therapy product in the US, KymriahR/CAR-T Therapies. As the Chief Technology Officer at iVexsol, a Viral Vector Manufacturing company for gene therapy, he drives the technical strategy and operations to implement intelligent and innovative solutions. In the past, Amitabha commercialized several approved biologic products in the US and European Union. He served in different leadership roles at Bioverativ, Sanofi, Aruvant, and other startup companies. Outside work, Amitabha is a student of Indian Classical music and likes gardening & traveling. 

Sudeep Agarwala completed his PhD in biology at MIT and has a decade of experience in industry. Currently he works in microbes, understanding how they can be used to produce chemicals, proteins, and replace everyday products that have a big ecological footprint.
